Cable Theft and the Law

This is like the 10th time I have dealt with my neighbors stealing my cable and the police do nothing about it, nor does comcast, note I won't capitalize that, and nor does anyone else do a thing about it, except me and I don't even cut their wires, though I did once in the past, but I feel bad for doing so. Pathetic, I know, too sympathetic I am but really, I tell the landlord and he seems to think I am mistaken. Ya, me, the eternal, detail-oriented geek from Sector 17 is mistaken in regards to 'how my wires go'. What the fuck, man?!
