Neighbors Stealing Comcast CableApparently, stealing Comcast Cable in Chester, CT is not a crime
I am not sure stealing cable is really a crime in Chester, CT. Close to a dozen times my neighbors had been stealing my Comcast cable and never got in any trouble for it. I called the state police, Comcast, emailed Comcast, bunches of times and nothing ever happened. I cut and removed wires 4 times, one time I bent the wire back and forth until the instead wire broke and pulled it apart but left the outside intact so they'd have to replace the line. Comcast never did shit about it; I was only contacted back from Comcast when I went to the investor relations section of their site and filled out a form to contact them about customer relations; a secretary or so called from this guy's office, I never returned their calls, at this point it was too late, I'd spoken with the landlord and the scumbag neighbor had her scumbah ex-boyfriend moved back in, for the 20th time in a couple of years...
